In order to assist women and girls in discovering, planning and pursuing sustainable career choices, YAWI created the Stem initiative, which included the Career Pathways. In order to assist participants in making well-informed decisions regarding their education and employment, the project offered career assistance, skill development and mentorship. The program enabled women and girls to develop fulfilling jobs, increase their economic independence and make constructive contributions to their communities by boosting their self-esteem, employable skills and information access.
